Each year, the NRHA sponsors a Skill-building Workshop for state rural health associations.
This event provides an opportunity for SRHA leaders to learn from each other, and to develop skills that they need in achieving the goals of their own SRHA. Previous workshops have included topics such as Legal and Tax Issues for Non-Profit Organizations, Marketing Your SRHA, Membership Development and Media Relations for SRHAs.
The workshop is open to staff and members of state rural health associations, and there is no charge for individuals affiliated with SRHAs that are members of the NRHA's State Association Council.
